The Invisible War is an investigative documentary about the growing issue of rape in the U.S military. It brings attention to the shocking secret that has been kept hidden from the outside world for a very long time.
According to the film it is more likely that a female solider would get raped by her own men than be killed by an enemy. The Department of Defense estimated that in 2010, there were 19,000 violent crimes in the military. The film exposes these secrets and many more that have gone unreported and brings them to the forefront for the world to see.
