Viggo Mortensen and Vicky Krieps on 'The Dead Don't Hurt' - Interview

Viggo Mortensen, who wrote and directed The Dead Don't Hurt, explains to Alexandra Heilbron how he wound up playing the lead romantic role opposite Vicky Krieps in the film, even though he'd written it for a younger actor. Vicky tells why the film works better with Viggo in the role. Viggo also reveals the Lord of the Rings connection that LOTR fans didn't miss, even though it was brief. 

The Dead Don't Hurt opens May 31 in select U.S. theaters.
