Nathan Caine (Jack Quaid) is a mild-mannered introvert with a rare disorder called congenital insensitivity to pain. Nathan’s life seems to be on the up when his coworker and the girl of his dreams, Sherry (Amber Midthunder), starts to take a interest in him.

That happiness is short-lived when Sherry is taken hostage during a bank robbery, forcing Nate to take action.
