With no new films releasing this weekend, the five films at the top of the box office remained the same as last weekend, in the same positions.
Spider-Man: No Way Home earned an additional domestic total of $11 million for a seven-week total of $735.8 million. It's now the fourth highest-grossing film on the domestic box office chart -- approximately $25 million behind Avatar, which has a lifetime gross of $760.5 million.
The horror sequel Scream, starring returning cast members David Arquette and Neve Campbell, held onto second place in its third weekend at the box office, earning an additional $7.4 million for a total of $62.1 million.
The animated sequel Sing 2 stayed in third place, taking in an additional $4.8 million for a six-week total of $134.5 million.
In its second weekend of release, the Christian Western romantic drama Redeeming Love, set during the California Gold Rush of 1850, earned an extra $1.9 million for a total of $6.5 million in fourth place.
Rounding out the top five again was The King’s Man, with additional earnings of $1.8 million this weekend. Its total now stands at $34 million. ~Alexandra Heilbron
