First Spider-Man: Brand New Day trailer thrills fans!

The internet exploded this morning as Marvel Studios dropped the first full trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

The trailer presents a darker, more isolated chapter for Peter Parker (Tom Holland), now a full‑time Spider‑Man in a New York that no longer remembers who he is. It frames the film as a fresh start after No Way Home, emphasizing both the freedom and crushing loneliness of a life where Peter has erased himself from the memories of everyone he loves.

We see glimpses of his personal sacrifice: MJ (Zendaya) and Ned (Jacob Batalon) appear happy and moving on with their lives. Peter has no family or friends, no identity that connects to his old life, and no one who knows "Peter Parker" anymore.

When Peter begins to lose control of his powers, he turns to Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo) for help.

The trailer closes on a scene in which Peter introduces himself to MJ during a housewarming party as being "a neighbor from across the hall" and MJ makes a comment that causes Peter to choke on his drink.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day hits theaters on July 31, 2026.
