Universal Soldier: The Return
Luc Deveraux -- a.k.a. Jean-Claude Van Damme -- is now fully recovered from his ordeal in the first film and is happily working on a government project to improve the Universal Soldier training program. Things get out of hand when the computer controlling the soldiers pulls a HAL on him.
