After a decade-long manhunt, US Intelligence receives new info on Boris Chevtchenko, the man behind some of the world's most despicable war crimes. Chevtchenko has plans to unleash a bomb large enough to destroy Moscow and the US Army calls upon their Ghosts, an elite group of precision-trained "Future Soldiers" with the most high-tech combat skills and weapons. But the Ghosts soon discover that Chevtchenko is just the tip of the iceberg—the Russians have a few high-tech surprises of their own.
