Twenty-year-old Ellen (Lily Collins) is an anorexic girl who has been through several rehab programs, which only made her shed more weight. Determined to find a solution, her dysfunctional family sends her to a group home with a non-traditional doctor. The rules are different and Ellen grows fond of the other patients. She has to learn how to deal with her demons and confront her addiction in order to survive.
