A woodsman (Roy Dupuis) on a mission to save a maiden from his village from a group of forest bandits in the wilderness, ends up in a submarine at the bottom of the ocean.

The crew of the submarine includes the fearsome forest bandits, a famous surgeon, and a battalion of child soldiers, who all get more than they bargained for as they wend their way toward progressive ideas on life and love.
