Rob Stewart is my hero! I love him for everything he did for the sharks! Sharks have always been my favorite animal, and will be for as long as I live! I even plan to study Great Whites in South Africa, when I\ m old enough. This documentary was absolutely fantastic, and I am trying my hardest to get my friends to watch it too! I\ m even trying to get my whole school to watch it! Thanks Rob and Paul Watson for everthing you are doing for the whales, sharks, dolphins, seals... etc. Viva La Sharks! Viva La Sea Shepherd! Viva La Earth!
Le film est fabuleux et la cause est noble... Merci de nous ouvrir les yeux et nous permettre de comprendre les enjeux...
This movie is amazing!!!thanks for the effort for saving sharks!! I wish I could do more... I\ m from Costa Rica and I\ m so afraid of this situation in my country...
This movie has left a mark! I cried the whole time and still mourn for what is going on in our world and how corrupt and unaware human beings are. We are destroying our world and ultimately, ourselves. We are consuming the next generation\ s and our own hope of survival. I have always loved sharks and this movie gives me hope... a difference can be made!!! Thank you Rob and thanks to everyone who is helping. We should all join this cause. We must do something to make a difference... each person counts!!!
This movie taught me alot about sharks and how they aren\ t dangerous. I liked it so much i am going to write a speech about saving sharks!
I believe everyone needs to watch this movie. It is the best Documentary to ever come to the big screen. Keep fighting for the sharks. I am on the sharks side.
Sharkwater is an amzing documentry. I was scared of sharks before i watched it and now i;m going swimming with them at Seaworld. The footage is amazing!! I love it!! Sharks are such beautiful aminals, thanks for showing that to the world. Save the Sharks!!
It makes me sick to see greed that could cause an animals to become extinct. The problem like Drugs, as long as there is a need, there will be a supply. The Taiwanese and Chinese people seem to have very little respect ecosystems of the ocean, and only seem to want gratify their EGOS. I also live in Costa Rica and believe the Costa Rican Government should be ashamed of itself acting like a cheap prostitute. By taking money from the Chinese and Taiwanese Governments and looking the other way. People Need To Know!
Congratulations for your courage to start this big change! I hope all of us can be more respectful with every single ecosystem!
This is a spectacular and revealing film. I\ ve always been fascinated by sharks since I was a kid. I learned a lot from this documentary. The world needs to know. Let\ s do our part to get the word out. If in Florida buy the Save Our Seas license plate for your car. Every little bit helps.
le film est super j adore les requin(shark)et j aimerai travailler avec eu ...c es tdegeulasse ce que certain personnes peuvent faire aux requins
Hey Rob, you made a unbelivable good movie! It shows not just how sharks really are, it shows also what humans like. As sad as it is, profit is all what cares in the world of today... And with this movie you make it very clear how the world will look like in a few years if we are not change our behaviour. Thanks very much for the great movie and hopefully I see u once at diving somewhere to speak to you personal Greetings Thomas
Before watching the movie, I was afraid of sharks. Now I´m afraid of what will happend if the authorities don´t do something to protect them! I admire your work but I think the UN must do something more effectively to protect those amazing animals! It is an internacional problem! ps:I bought the movie and I´m making everyone I now watch it! Greetings from Brazil!
I just watched Sharkwater and I am extremely ashamed of being a Costa Rican right now. I cannot believe how much corruption there is, and i wish there was more I could do.
Thank you.
I thinks this movie is completely amazing! It\ s very moving. Thanks for your efforts for saving the shark!
There is no hope for the human race. everything is always about money (profit / greed).
I just saw the movie and every one I tell dosn\ t belive me they think sharksdon\ t do anything exept eat people
I just finished watching Sharkwater and the imagery of children and men smiling while killing sharks disgusts me. How can the world as we know it demand sacrifice with no conscious. The movie was inspiring and tearful. Thank You for your efforts in saving such a wonderful creature.
AMAZING and inspiring film. A must see. Thanks to Rob for opening up people\ s eyes.
I JUST SAW THE MOVIE ,AND NEVER IMAGINE THE AMOUNT OF KILLINGS ARE HAPPENNING ON THIS MOMENT ,ITS TIME TO BE MORE EFFECTIVE IN ORDER TO PROTECT THIS WONDERFULL CREATURES
that movie rocks please save our sharks rob thanks
please dont kill more sharks they are amezing animals save the sharks please no more kills
As a supposed animal lover I thought I was pretty compassionate and understanding. Sharks I felt (as the media had trained us to think) were one of the things that we didnt need in this world and deserved to die for being so menacing. This movie was a real revelation. It is a must see for anyone wanting to take the title of human and live in a future where love and respect are given to all life on this planet. The guys that risked their lives to save ours are unsung heroes that at the very least deserve to have their message heard. In fact this message MUST be heard if we are to save our planet. Watch it!
I always thought sharks are not our enemy. We are their enemy! I loved the film and it proofed me, that I wasn\ t wrong with my thought all these years! Greetings from Germany!
I just wanted to say thanks... Every person in this planet should at least watch Sharkwater
!!!!!!!!!!SAVE OUR SHARKS !!!!!!!!!! :} THEY are amazing animals and dont deserve to be treated the way they are x
i also watched this documetry in class as it was shark week at my school, at first i was like oh god not sharks but by the end of the week i was like \"omg\" its such a shame what happens to them more people need to help save sharks. Its also scary to think that no sharks means no humans. This film is an inspiration and i feel it should be shown all around the world in school, colleges etc.
i am in grade 6 and watch sharkwater in my class i never new that all this was happening it in canada or anywhere.I feel like some one can be shalfing them but instad are killing sharks! it terrible to now that people now what there doing and they still kill sharks! now from what i\ v seen will cage my life for good. i saw the movie in class and it was pretty sad,ill be sure to tell more friends and family.
Thank you Rob for this magnificent documentary ; I hope it will open eyes to the world of what is happening about sharks and the challenge that goes with it.
Human ignorance in the shark fishing industry is totally visable! save the sharks yes but we must also save everything in the ocean as well . great job.
i just saw this movie and i came here to encourage all the work they done to do this movie and all the risks they took so ill tell about it at school to friends and teachers.... i hope that this movie will make a difference
Phenomenal! Makes me more then ever want to go swim with sharks... For me, the Chinese wedding where the lady refused to serve shark fin to 400 guests was proof we can all make a difference in our own way. That lady summed it up when she said \"Its like someone cutting off my ear because they decide it tastes nice, then throwing my body aside just to die...\"
i am a teenager i go to tps in petersfield uk and i watched the film it is amazing yet the thing that makes me upset is that people kill sharks for the fin then leave the body just for shark fin soup it is so upsetting to watch when they do it!! it is so great to know that people would like to stop shark finning and sharkwater is the best way of stopping it and supporting sharks.. :) SAVE OUR SHARKS .. they are beautifull !.. :)
i am only a teenager to and i also have watched the film in school and it is terrible to even think that people would do that to sharks when they have done nothing wrong if they have it was probally only an accident
I just have to say wow, I am a student at UC Irvine and decided to write a series of essays concerning shark finning and came by your movie as I was looking for sources. I just have to say that my mind is boggled my how severe this issue is. I had no idea it was this bad. This has made me very much want to be proactive concerning this issue. It would be so great if we had a screening of this film at my university, espciallly since we have a high population of Asians who I am sure have had exposure to shark fin soup.
Hello, Just to tell you thank you for this job. I\ m just fascinated by these animals and that\ s the first time there are presented like they are... and like i always wanted to see them. I never see them like monsters but I\ have been terrifying during long years by the film Jaws and your production gives us a different way to think and to see them. Lot of pictures are strong and unsupportable but it\ s an obligated passage to really understand what is happening... and what will happen. I hope this action will success. Thank you for being present, thank you for your fight, thank you for you way of think. Congratulations,
Because of this movie it had made me make a final change in my career, I am now gonna be a marine bioligest! thank you for this wonderful and captivating movie
All my life, even the idea of sharks has been my greatest fear... i\ m finally able to say that I have a new found respect for these beautiful creatures. Incredible movie!
I think the movie reflects what exactly is happening in the ocean world and that we as humans are destroying their future life. We should all coeprate and save sharks before it\ s too late. I found the movie absolutely perfect and it changed completly my view of sharks.
Demand for shark fins needs to be decreased. The Chinese culture needs to wake up and realize that eating fins does not provide greater chance for cancer-free existence. But these are also the people that use melamine in foods and packaging... Great film, great education and great eye-opener for the world. Now let\ s do something about it.
Fight the century of greed! We\ re the customers - we have the power. If we don\ t buy - there\ s no market for nothing. There\ s only a few things to do: to KNOW things, to UNDERSTAND facts, to REACT. Then, the big moneylovers become fishfeed... In the row of wars - for oil; for energy; for weapons; for religion; for patriarchy, the war against animals is the most sickening! There\ s vomit on our species, but we close our eyes and use perfume to forget... This is to all the activists out there: I\ m sitting here in my comfy armchair in the autumn of Berlin/Germany and I promise to support you with my little money as good as I can! TAKE CARE OF U AND THANK U ALL.
This documentry had me captivated before the end of the opening credits!! Outstanding! We need to do all we can to try more to understand this animal, than to destroy it. What is happening to them is wrong, and it must be stopped.
I am glad a documntry such as this has come forward to educate us and let us know that if we do not do something to stop these atrocities.....when the sharks are all gone Man will find something else to destroy...it has to STOP NOW!!!!
fabulous..make you want to cry to think people are killing poor sharks for money.. why don't we stop it.. now...everyone help..please
I\ m only a teenager, and I\ ve always loved sharks, but ever since I\ ve seen this documentary, I\ ve become a really fanatic. i watched this movie in school! Rob Stewart is my hero!!! :) SOS! Save Our Sharks!
Da Film iiz So Sad!!!! =(
I watched this movie and was horrified about people killing sharks for money. That isn\ t what sharks were for. I\ m only 12 but I hope that i can help some sharks live and not die for shark finning.
Thank-you so much for putting this movie out there for the people to actually see what is happening to the sharks that we as humans really need. It\ s great to see that there ARE people out there who care, but we can\ t do it on our own everyone needs to help. Thanks so much.
