As he prepares to make an important decision, Max, an actor who works mainly on stage, goes through the films he made on VHS and digital tapes over the past 25 years, ever since he was given his first camera at the age of thirteen. It gives him an opportunity to revisit his adolescence and the beginning of his adult life, along with his friends Mathias and Arnaud, but also his best friend Emma, to whom he never had the courage to confess his love.
