On the eve of New York City's controversial "No Dancing" Law getting repealed, the lives of several strangers are forever changed by a shooting at a historic jazz bar in Harlem.
Paris is in Harlem is a symphonic story devoted to the song which is America today - a song of separation, division, and confusion. A world failed by words, a world where only music can transport us to a place where "everything's gonna be alright."
