Bevelyn B. Williams' activism leads to prosecution under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act in connection with her interference, including by threats and force, with individuals seeking to obtain and provide lawful reproductive health services at a reproductive health center in Manhattan.

She physically blocked access to clinics and threatened staff. She caused injury to one volunteer by leaning against the door as the volunteer tried to enter, crushing the volunteer's hand. She blocked the main entrance used by patients, causing the Health Center to divert patients to enter through the staff entrance. She then moved to block the staff entrance and directed others to do the same.

Williams stood within inches of the Health Center’s chief administrative officer and threatened to "terrorize this place," going on to say "we’re gonna terrorize you so good, your business is gonna be over mama." She also threatened "war," stating she would act by "any means necessary."

For her actions, she was sentenced to 41 months in prison.
