Eight years after the murder of his wife by a serial killer, Alex still hasn’t healed emotionally. So when the respected pediatrician discovers in an anonymous e-mail a link to a webcam showing Margot alive, he obeys the mysterious correspondent, who advises him not to tell anyone, and to show up in a few days for a meeting with the “deceased.” However, the discovery of two more bodies close to the lake where Margot was last seen alive, causes the murder investigation to reopen, with Alex at the top of the list of suspects.
