Maybe
During an evening with friends at a Y2K party, Lucie tells her boyfriend her wishes for
a child, right then and there, but Arthur prefers to wait. He goes into the bathroom
later that evening only to find a small hole, which leads to Paris in the year 2070.
Looking into the future through this hole, Arthur finds the world in ruin, with half of
Paris buried in sand dunes. He also meets his future son as well as other future family
members who are starting to disappear from the legs up. His future offspring work to
convince him to procreate, or they will disappear from existence.
