Slaves to speed, people seem to be unable to catch their breath. With all the instant communication available, technology seems to be controlling the individual.
Both documentary and fiction, this film presents the journeys of several people (a bicycle courier, a marathon runner, an overworked mother, a manager, etc.) caught in the whirlwind of these changes.
In parallel, a "burnt-out" woman, always filmed from behind, and whose voice is heard throughout the film, exposes us to her distress and the stages of her slow ascent to getting her life in balance.
