Paul, an advertising executive, obtains a lucrative contract with the Canadian Ministry of National Defence. He immediately hires his colleague Gilles, who has an excellent reputation as an idea man in the advertising biz, to help him. However, they only have nine days to write a new slogan for the Canadian Armed Forces.
