Drama
Shining student, Frank Verdeau returns to his hometown to work in
management with the factory where his father has worked for 30 years. Enthusiastic and full
of ideas, Frank poses questions to the workers to find out their opinions on the company. When upper
management discover his findings, a number of workers are given the boot. This action does not go
without the savage opposition of the trade union, which fears more dismissals.
The situation also starts a family conflict, with father and son working in
opposite camps. Starting to become aware that the owners are using him, Frank swaps sides
and supports the employees cause.
