Constant Billot escapes from jail and finds the perfect hideout in an abandoned barge. When he is discovered by Silvia, she gives him a choice -- kill Silvia's mother or she will turn him in. Constant soon finds that life behind bars was never this tricky as both women develop feelings for him.

Throw in a snooping housewife, a lovelorn teenager and a camp hairdresser with a talkative parrot, and the film's complications (and laughs) just keep getting bigger.
