In Lyon, the body of a murdered young man is pulled from the waters of The Rhone. The victim, Vincent Bouvier (Cyril Descours), was known to police as a prostitute. Assisted by his colleague Karine Mangin (Emmanuelle Devos), with whom he shares a unique friendship, taciturn Inspector Cagan (Gilbert Melki) initiates a thorough investigation to reconstruct the sequence of events.
