In the dilapidated suburbia of Edenstown, Tommy Cowley has suffered from agoraphobia ever since his wife was attacked and murdered by twisted feral children.
When it becomes clear that the same gang is targetting his baby daughter, he realizes he must overcome his fears and enter the Citadel, the place he fears most, in order to team up with a renegade priest.
