Ariel Bari, a 33-year-old man living in Mendoza, Argentina, had both legs amputated after a mechanical accident. In 2004 he began to create his own hydraulic prostheses. Although it puts a strain on his marriage and family life, his obsession with the project also helps him become a better man. Physically because he has to lose weight and train hard not to exert too much weight on his future prostheses. Psychologically because during this process, which takes a total of ten years, Ariel works hard to control his impatient, impulsive and sometimes violent character.
