The world is not what it used to be. Amnesia now spreads from person to person on a pandemic-like scale. A middle-aged Greek man named Aris (Aris Servetalis) boarded the bus like any normal day, but suddenly forgot where he was going and who he is.
Without any memories, and inconveniently without his ID, he waits at a hospital for friends or relatives to bring him home. When that fails, he is enrolled in a rehabilitation program.
Every morning when he wakes up, he listens to a cassette tape that gives him assignments. One day, he must go on a bike ride, the next he needs to see a movie or attend a costume party. As he completes each task, he snaps a polaroid picture to keep in a scrapbook of memories.
It seems that Aris is simply going through the motions, until he meets fellow amnesiac, Anna (Sofia Georgovasili). She is everything Aris is not: bubbly, opinionated, and energetic. The two form an unlikely relationship and along their road to recovery, they wonder if memories are what makes us who we are, or if something richer lies beneath our surface.
