An elderly man (Robert De Niro) has to check out his items himself at a self-serve kiosk and quickly becomes frustrated. He finally walks out of the store with two bags, but hasn't paid for the items. His daughter (Uma Thurman) decides to move him into her home, with her husband and children. She gives him her son Pete's (Oakes Fegley) room, which starts an all-out war as Pete tries to get his room back.
