Mob boss Gianluca Moretti (Giancarlo Giannini) points out the neighborhood to a woman, bragging, "It belongs to me." He goes on to claim, "Everybody out there fears me." We then meet Angelo Donatello (Frank D'Angelo), the leader of a small-time group of criminals. When one of his team steals from the mob, a contract is put out on Angelo.
