The trailer for Pyewacket shows teenager Leah (Nicole Muñoz) finding a book about the occult. Despite the author's warnings, she gets consumed by it. Her mother blames her father’s death for Leah's obsession with the occult, which creates tension between them. Leah turns to the book to kill her mother, but the spirit she summons won't stop just at Leah’s mother.
