DON'T EAT AT THE CONCESSIONS!

I was greeted by a nicely updated theater. I had not been back here in years, but it was the only place showing the film my husband wanted to see on Christmas eve near us. I was starving and not many options or time to eat before the movie so we chose to eat theater food. :/ I didn't expect gourmet food, but I did expect to receive my hot dogs and chicken nuggets to be cooked correctly for the 8 minute wait we were told it would be. After waiting 10 minutes I received the hot dog pretzel bites burnt to blackened little charcoal pieces. I did not have any more time to waste waiting for them to correct this. Again I was starving, so I ate what could be eaten (mostly pulling the tiny hot dog out of the black pretzel skin) Just a complete fail on the food. Great movie and comfy seats.

Comfortable seating close to home

We go to this theater all the time. The seats are very comfortable, staff have always been helpful.

Horrible Management

Oh my goodness. Sure, the movie theatre is great and i go there all the time but the management? I spoke to the manager of this theatre, his name is Brad. I let him know my situation - i purchased tickets for a total of $40 to watch Oceans 8. By the time i realized that i screwed up the date, i couldn't get an exchange or a refund. If i want to watch that movie, i have to pay $80 now. $80!!!!!! How insane is that!? Their customer service is horrible. I've never experienced such terrible management. I have proof that i didn't even watch that movie. It's just sad that such a huge corporation cannot be more lenient with their customers. Century theaters is a better choice!!! Honestly, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!! They will screw you over!!!!
