We don’t want to go back to a regular theater.

January 23, 2019

My husband and I go here regularly for date nights. The bartenders and waitstaff are amazing. It’s nice to be able to grab a drink or snack in the bar before or after the show. The also have pool tables and different seating options in the bar. The food is much better than other sit down movie theaters that I’ve tried. My husband is picky, and he has several menu items that he enjoys. They have monthly food and drink specials. The movie seats are comfy, and you can’t beat the convenience of food and drinks delivered to your seat.

A hurtful and unsafe experience

November 23, 2025

My husband and I went to this theater on Nov 22 to watch Rental Family (9:20pm) for what was supposed to be a quiet, romantic movie night. The theater was nearly empty, just us and one other couple. Unfortunately, that couple talked and laughed loudly through the movie. When I politely asked them to lower their voices, they mocked my accent. When I mentioned that I’m from Ukraine, the woman told me to “go back to Ukraine.” In 21 years of living in the U.S, a country built by immigrants, I have never experienced anything like that. Everyone deserves respect and basic human decency. I reported the incident to the staff. They came into the auditorium, but the couple loudly stated they were members, and the situation did not improve. After the staff left, the couple continued being disruptive until they eventually walked out halfway through the film. No one checked on us afterward. I now feel uneasy about returning to this theater. Harassment should never be dismissed or tolerated, regardless of someone’s membership status. Guests deserve to feel safe, and stronger action should have been taken. An eventful night, but not in the way we hoped.

Popcorn is often soggy as are seats

January 01, 2018

Too often we've sat down with our popcorn only to find that it's cold and mushy in the middle. The seats are also mushy in the middle - the springs in several of them have been worn down so that you end up sinking into a leather hole that's uncomfortable, especially since you pay a premium to go here.

Disappointing

October 15, 2019

We wanted a special experience as we were celebrating a special occasion, so my husband and I went to this theater for the first time. Based upon this theater's website, I believed I was reserving more premium seats. My seats were called "premium", but they were lacking on several levels in comparison to standard, present day theaters. Although the seats were plush, they were low to the ground (difficult to rise from) and did not recline. Each seat had a small (awkwardly placed) square table top at the end of the right armrest. The table pivoted, but could not comfortably fit each chair as all the chairs were lined up in the row adjoining each other. So each patron's table extends into the adjoining seat which is a poor design. Each chair had a cup holder located behind a person's right elbow (if they chose to use it). It was so incredibly awkward to be able to place a drink in the holder - and then retrieve it when needed. You really have to contort your body in order to use the cup holder. So, the natural answer is to put your cup on your square table. BUT, the square table isn't designed for maximum weight and the table extends into your neighbor's space, so if you put a cup on it, you risk spilling on your neighbor. Again, very poor design. We only enjoyed the film, not the theater. We will not be returning as the expensive cost (for tickets and food) and poor seating arrangements are not worth it. We were disappointed.

Won't be renewing

November 24, 2019

I have an upgraded membership but won't be renewing. Been coming here for years since it opened. Food has gone downhill as.did the customer service. Prices are expensive for what you get. Servers are late to take your order, forget stuff and takes 20 minutes for them to come back. As soon as your are done eating they are breathing down your neck to pay so they can have their tip. Always miss parts of the movie. Sometimes they leave theatre door open so you can hear all the noise and I have to keep getting up to lock it. Go to AMC they are less expensive, larger theater and better service.
