Prices Are Too High & Serious Upgrade Needed

It's in a great location with plenty of parking, and the staff are friendly, but they really need to make improvements. The ticket prices are among the highest in the area. Yet the 3D showings are practically being eliminated, they don't have recliner seats, and for one movie I ended up having to sit in a seat where the middle to front of the seat was ripped apart. The popcorn was also dry and flavorless even though I asked for butter.

Poorly managed

November 14, 2019

Kids were heckling and talking during movie spoiling the movie experience and no manager to quiet them. Lines at the ticket booth were out the door and no one to advise those waiting that there are self service kiosks. Lobby like a circus. Not for the serious film fan.

Out of focus.

The movie was out of focus and even though we left out seats early to inform managers they were too incompetent to fix it.

We drive down the road for shows... below average facility

NO supervision during movies... people talking during movies... poorly managed... at one point concessions were distributed from a queue... but for some reason they abandoned this one good idea and are back to a concession line lottery...good luck picking the right on... we drive 20-30 minutes away to better managed venues

Worst Movie Experience Ever

Don’t waste your money. Like others have mentioned the theater needs a major upgrade. Seats are old and uncomfortable. It was hot, smelly, and the IMAX sound was at an unsafe volume. The sound was turned up so high there was obvious distortion and during some of the previews (especially Top Gun), I didn’t know if I could even stay. I’m headed to AMC where $80 gets me a pleasurable experience, instead of a flash back to the 90’s.

Worst Experience and customer service

Worst experience ever terrible management and customer service. after my party being almost half the amount of total people in a kids movie tonight and the movie having to be restarted due to audio issues. A manager comes and tells me I would need to take my daughter out if she cries when she had just started to cry no more than a few seconds due to the fact the the kids movie we brought a kid to watch had been stopped because the sound was not working. and than comes in several times throughout the movie to see if she is still crying which she did not anymore once there was no more audio issue. At the end of the movie I ask to speak to the main manager, who did not care one bit nor apologize or even care to listen to what I said and only tell me to call corporate and could not give me the managers name due to policy when they all wear name tags
