Disorganized policies and uninformed young employees with questionable etiquette

I called 8 times over 2 days, no answer. Also called an alternate number, navigating recorded messages. Online ticket selection menus are unclear. On Tuesdays, 1 option is RCC Value Day $7.99 A valid Regal Crown Club number is required to purchase these tickets. A second option is Value Day $7.99 This 2nd option does not list any requirements. Outside the shopping mall entrance on ground floor, an empty "Directory" board has no map or indicator where the theater is. After entering the mall, still no signs. Going up the escalator, turning left reaches the theater. Entering the lobby, a large "Concession" sign is over central cashier counters, with no sign indicating where tickets are purchased. I never buy theater food or drink and have no reason to approach these counters. I approach an employee at 1 of many counters along the side wall. After hearing we called multiple times unanswered, he casually says no one ever answers the phones, as all information is online. Why are the numbers provided online if no one answers? Some employees were unoccupied. The central 'Concession" desk is then identified as the ticket purchase place. I ask a 2nd employee for clarity on Tuesday discount conditions. She explains I must give my contact information to get the $7.99 ticket, but is uncertain if I can get discounts otherwise. She brings a 3rd employee in the conversation. I again articulate everything, explaining the website is unclear, while he stares silently, emotionless, with no empathy or acknowledgement of understanding. He too seems uncertain if discounts are unconditional. His blank expression compelled me to ask if he understood my inquiry, and the 1st employee I spoke with comes over and authoritatively positions himself, asking what is the problem. Did he not hear me explaining the issue twice before? I already arrived late, and with this delay from confusion in the lobby, visited another theater to see the intended film.

Terrible managers!

Went to see a movie in the morning, and they weren’t even set up! I asked who the manager was and they said it was Mason. They said they couldn’t get the keys to the doors cause the manager mason had the keys. I wanted to see my opening movie with some popcorn but all i got was disappointment, mostly from the management team

Slow service, great theater.

Concessions get slowed down and multiple times I've seen people in the back look clueless. The busy workers are running around while the clueless ones get in the way basically ... Theater is nice and large and the reclining seat are GREAT. No more awkwardly rubbing your butt against other people either as you traverse the aisles and there's plenty of space to stretch.
