Turn on The Heat!!!

During cold autumn and winter months the air conditioner is always on. Can't you guys afford to turn on the heat??? This has been an ongoing issue with the Burlington Regal. Looks like you care about patrons' comfort. TURN ON THE HEAT!!!

Too loud

It's so loud you can't make out the words. It's so loud it hurts your ears and your brain. This theater consistently keeps the volume up way too high. There's no need to assault your customers. I missed 2/3 rds of the dialogue. There's no reason for this. My movie was ruined again today. Once, years ago, I left my seat in the middle of the movie and walked around the building trying to find someone to turn it down. I missed half of the movie that time, too. You could easily turn the sound way down without anyone noticing. It's loud in the extreme. It almost feels like you're being hit in the head the booming is so bad. The rest of the theater is fine. I have no other issues with this theater.

No organization

It took us more that 20 minutos to get our tickets and food. They are lacking of organization and staff members.
