Great concept but menu needs work

My first terrible experience

My hubby and I went yesterday around noon and the seats were absolutely disgusting. Thank goodness I had enough sense to bring gloves and Lysol wipes. They had fingerprints smears all over our seats and counters with food on several seats. The server walks up as I’m cleaning it and I told him the seats were disgusting. The only thing he said was that I obviously been here before!! He never offered to clean them nor get someone to clean them. The sad thing is that our movie was the first that day. No movie started before noon yesterday. So you know what that means? Not one person cleaned the theater the previous night or that morning before the movie started. Are you fricking kidding me?? The other thing that made us question the service was the fact that my water was brought about 20 minutes after my food but the worse was my husband’s food which was never brought until he pressed the button and questioned it. Everyone had their food/snacks except him, despite being the second people in the theater to order food. It was literally about an hour later just for nachos.

Trying, but failing!

Pros: Great promotions on admission prices; new staff w/ pleasing personalities; extensive and variety of show times per featured movies. Cons: Difficult to pay cash… not senior citizen friendly or easy for non credit/debit card users, or technologically challenged; food is expressive w/ small portions; line for food/drink purchases too long…most often the choice to watch movie or get food must be made; charge of 50 cent for tiny container of mayo; kind but incompetent servers… food delivered without automatically including salt, paper, etc…. when request is made when order is delivered, often servers don’t include, after requesting missing items at delivery.. servers don’t bring back and you are stuck with an over priced dish, and can’t add condiments to season to taste; service and menu dramatically declined after pandemic.
