Has always been very accommodating. Comfortable lounge style seating. Now has food available.

Bad for families!

I tried to purchase tickets in advance for a big showing for my family of 5. there were five seats available in an aisle of only 8 seats. When I tried to purchase the seats in the middle of the row for my family, it wouldn't let me. It stated I couldn't leave a single vacant seat. This policy wasn't explained and there were no instructions. Evidently, Micon doesn't believe single people go to the movies because you can only buy tickets if it leaves seats together. So if you have a large family, you MUST sit on the aisle--too bad if that's not your preference! I went to the box office to purchase the tickets in person as soon as the office opened. However, the tickets were already gone. Because of how it forced other people to buy tickets there were no tickets left with room for 5 people. I spoke with the manager on duty and they just smirked and said that's how the system works. They can override in person even though they don't like doing it that way, but there is no online override regardless of the rationale. They lost my business for sure. Poor customer service and a dysfunctional ticketing system is no way to keep my family of five coming to your theater.
