Best of the Best

Been going here since I was a kid! My parents use to take us two or three times each summer. I remember the first time I went with friends on my own. So happy to see it keeping up - and thrilled to see my kids enjoying going there as well.

Terrible staff experience!

I brought my kids there this evening and they were so excited to see the Barbie movie! We were the first in line! Got over $150 dollars worth of concessions and set up are seating. Halfway through the Barbie move two young teen employees came up and told me I need to shut my hatch as the people behind me complained. Now my hatch was open from the minute we parked as we made a bed in the back of my suv. I said well if I shut it then we won’t be able to see then. And the guys response was well yeah. I said so how’s that fair?! He said I don’t know but it needs to be shut and he shut it with my four year old inside it. Which caused him to scream as he’s autistic and doesn’t like confined areas. I hoped it up and told him to please not touch my car. He said if I didn’t close it and keep it closed he would tie it shut with the rope in his hand. I asked for a manager and he walked away. About ten minutes before the movie was over he came back saying he told me to shut my hatch and if I didn’t I could leave. I again asked for a manager and asked why the people behind us who were a bunch of adults sitting in their phones couldn’t move their chairs up by the front where we were if they couldn’t see. He said they didn’t want to. I stated that we drove from lake Geneva to see this movie and got here early to get a good spot. We paid just like everyone else so I didn’t understand why if was okay for us to miss the movie and upset us. Now in the row of cars next to us on both sides every single car had their hatch up or even had kids sitting in the roof and no one else was asked to close it. I explained I wasn’t closing it as my kids deserved to see the movie. He said then he was going to make us leave. That’s when I was done arguing and said don’t worry we will be leaving after this show I don’t want to support a business who treats their customers unfair and the kid said good until then shut your hatch. Laughed and walked away.
