Dirty Lens Poor Picture

As we sat down to watch the movie, we noticed streaks and globs on the screen. Since we were sitting on the back row, we could see the outer lens of the projector. It was filthy. The streaks and globs appeared consistently throughout the movie. Very distracting. We go to a movie theater usually once a week. Have never had such a disappointing experience with the quality of the screen.

Worst experience

It was very busy waited in concession stand line for about 15 minutes, there was only one cashier. The movie was ok but the people were loud screaming at the screen having phone conversation etc. went to concession to explain and no one was there. Talk to the manager afterwards and he brushed it off because it was report during but after. No refund no free movie not even a simple apology.

Worst service

They made me keep my purse in the car. In the same trip the movie was not playing. So I asked them 15min after the start time. They attendent asked me trying to be a problem. As if asking that the movie play as paid for was some kind of retaliation. If you have a choice go somewhere else. Unfortunately they are the only game in town so can get away poor and rude service.
