Can't even answer the phone

Can't give much of a rating if I can't talk to someone at the theater. I just want to know about a show that has been recently released.

Owners have failed yet again!

We went to see a movie Dec. 2023 and the owners have not fixed the heat and air system! As we sit in the theater I had taken a blanket thankfully but my husband who is never cold had to go outside and get a coat from the vehicle. If they can't afford to fix it, then they need to go ahead and close!

Horrible experience with movie, management, ownership East Coast Entertainment

My daughter went to see the new hunger games the movie was suppose to start at 7pm, started at 7:40 after someone notified the staff, because of the late start my 17 year old did not get to finish her movie, also there is no heat in the Theater she luckily had a blanket in her car that she used during the movie. I contacted the manager who told me that this was a known issue and that SOMEONE should've came and got them sooner!! Also that I could get a refund of my daughter's tickets and concessions, I go to the theater the next day to get the refund and JOSH another manager is totally rude to me and tells me that "POLICY" won't let them give the money back and that again someone should have done their job for them and notified them that the movie didn't start on time. I have called and emailed Brian McCall the CEO of East Coast Entertainment (the owner of the cinema) and he has yet to get back to me. The theater gave me 2 free tickets and a popcorn in lieu of a refund. They should've done that anyway for the trouble. I want my daughter's money back and I have no interest in going back to this theater. Its sad that our theater has gotten in this bad of shape and the owners are not interested in repairing it.
