Cinebistro embodies the reason for decline in the American Cinematic experience. A once thriving, swanky, upscale bar and dine-in theater is now the equivalent to a run down 'dollar-theater' which only plays films on the way out. They used to have a plush seating experience with chairs that recline. Today those chairs are moth eaten, and wouldn't even be found in your worst trailer park. Ok, maybe the worst. With high ticket prices and over priced food you're already expected to be a non-negotiable 18% gratuity on your $14.00 Popcorn and $6.00 cup of coke, this is not a low priced affair. The expectation at the very least is to have a good, if not great, cinematic experience. Alas, amidst the various other run down features, our last interaction included blown speakers. Every base change was a high annoying buzz. The movie was the wolfman, in theater 5 if anyone cares. A ton of base. We told the manager, ... he could do nothing. He was apologetic and, .... offered nothing. His hands were tied by owners who don't care. I said, "should we not be compensated for this experience?" I was literally told No. What if you got new tickets and wound up in the same theater and the issue wasn't repaired. I was flabbergasted. Not only did he acknowledge the state of affairs, and lack of good care the theater had received - but also the fact that complaining to management would do no good. This was our last outing at what my wife considered her favorite theater. We won't be going back - there is simply no reason to pay extra when I have better accommodations at my couch. I wish I could give you a sub one rating Cinebistro. You have lost your way.

Seats are so comfy

Really enjoy whenever new features of food or desserts they provide for certain movies playing. And the seats are so comfy!

Always Relaxing

Been coming here since the time it become new to Cary. And although COVID had hit and some stuff changing and staff I still have a good time here. I do also like the no child after 6pm policy as I had too many bad experiences not able to watch the movies.

totally ripped off for James Bond opening

We bought tickets for the opening to no time to die. We showed up and went to our seats. The General Manager was a real jerk and come to tell us the show was cancelled and that it couldn't be shown until the following night. Not true at all. The movie was also being shown down the road at Regal Cinemas. He didn't try to make the situation right and said that the loyalty program from Cinebistro did not need to let us know of the cancellation. Not going again- awful customer service with no attempt at taking responsibility for cancellation. This was a special occasion date and the attitude of the General Manager could not have been any more negative. We threw our loyalty card away and encourage others to do the same. Deal breaker!!!!!

Not a great experience

Were not treated well by 2 of the staff. Seats are right on top of each other unlike what it looks to be like when choosing them online. You sit very close to other people. Very expensive also. 1st and last time.
