Not a crazy amount of people, nicer experience because of it

All am entities and comfort: heat/air set appropriately, good sound and screen quality, great seats and room for people to walk in aisles, clean!

Relaxed and family friendly environment

I was disappointed that the movie theater I was in didn't have the recliners. I was impressed with the fast, friendly service or the staff and the ease of picking your seat at the time of checkout. I would agree that the theatre is a bit warmer than desired. The clientele made for a great family environment.

Our Favorite Theater EVER

We've been coming to Cineplanet since they first opened and have always enjoyed it for the convenience. When they decided to upgrade all the seats to leather recliners, THAT was when COVID hit and everything closed down. My husband and I worried about the owners/management and their expenses during this time, but their gamble paid off and all the seats are very comfortable. The sound is always good. My husband is one that's not shy to let someone know when something goes wrong with the sound, etc., but we've never had any problems. Sometimes we get a little bit cool inside, but we've learned to dress a little warmer or bring a throw just in case. Of course, We have to have Concessions, and the drinks are fizzy and the popcorn is almost always just right.Normally I buy our tickets in advance (we have another couple that usually come with us and I try to get a seat for her needs). On the few occasions I've had to get a refund I've had no problems at all.

We LOVE Cineplanet!

We've always loved the movies and have enjoyed having the convenience of CINEPLANET to enjoy our experience even more in their comfortable reclining seats! Sometimes we bring a blanket, but that's okay. The concessions are great. It's nice to have a walk-in theater so close by. The young people are always friendly and eager to please. I say, "Keep up the good work!"

Stop playing the COVID card

Just got back from my first visit to this theater and felt compelled to write a review (which I rarely do). Theater was nice, clean, comfortable. Problem is with the concessions. No free refills on large popcorn or large drink. That alone sealed it for me- won't be back. One and done. But to add insult to this- the reason. We were told that at one time they did give free refills, but quit when COVID hit. If that's the case, why don't your employees wear masks? Why don't you enforce "social distancing?". The COVID ship sailed a long time ago. Quit playing that card and just admit that you don't want to give free refills. Just show some integrity and admit it; people will appreciate your honesty. Won't be back......

Manager said rather lose customer than give refund

This is our local movie theater that my family loves to go to, however, today we bought tickets for a viewing, but accidently purchased for the wrong day. Manager said come by and we will refund your money. So we purchased for the right day and I drove up there to get the refund. They processed it and tried to put it on the card I purchased them with, but it wouldn't work. So I asked for cash instead and he said no. I asked if he was willing to lose us as a customer over 36 dollars, he looked me in the eye and said yes Iam. I'm thinking they won't last long. I bet I've spent over 500 dollars at this establishment. But I won't be spending another dime. It was convenient, but not in my top 50 theaters from a cleanliness or customer service. Good luck With that Mr. Manager...
