Great manager

March 27, 2017

There were a few teenagers in the theater with me making an awful racket and one of the employees came to tell them to calm down but they wouldn't and the manager came in and took care of it while also giving me and my husband a rain check since they were right next to us and we couldn't hear a good chance of the movie Very well done

Our new favorite theater

The comfort of the reclining chairs and warming feature have now made this our new favorite theater ! We try to make the first showing because the cost is 1/2 of what we pay at other theaters which is a great savings for folks on fixed incomes….and we can accumulate points for freebies. The restrooms are always clean and the staff is always super friendly. We would never have know that the seats warm up if a staff member had not taken the time to ask us if we had tried the new warming feature. We are also enjoying not having to drag blankets to the theater !

Does not care about their customers

We drove 45 minutes to see Wonka and ordered our tickets online the day before. When we showed up, everyone was waiting outside because the manager apparently didn’t show up for work. I had plans for the rest of the day so we had to drive the 45 minutes back home without seeing our movie. They offered to refund my tickets (which was obvious since I didn’t get the service I paid for) but refused to offer anything to compensate for our wasted time. Not a discount , not tickets, not anything from concessions, NOTHING!! They definitely don’t prioritize their customers.

Worst movie experience I've ever had.

Took my kids here and was kicked out for accidentally exposing my firearm while reaching in my back pocket for my military ID. The idiot working the ticket counter told me no guns were allowed, despite the fact the building is only posted as 30.07 (no open carry; concealed carry OK). When I asked to speak to a manager, a delegate was sent instead who had no idea what the 30.07 signs were or what the policy was, but kicked me out anyway. The manager never had the professionalism to speak to me face to face. If they think I am going to leave my family defenseless in a movie theatre after the Florida shooting, they are idiots. No movie is worth leaving my kids unprotected. Their lack of knowledge and professionalism left me disgusted and ensured I will never spend money with Cinemark again.
