Meh

No more popcorn refills because of Covid? In 2023? What a stupid lie to save a couple cents and not give customers something they used to get. Putting more popcorn in a bucket has given 0 people Covid. If you want to not give refills any more at least be honest.

Discrimination

I had a horrible experience at Cinemark on 10/11/2019 when I tried to take my younger cousins to see the PG Addams Family movie. When I first arrived I took them to the counter to buy two 7:00pm movie tickets. Upon going to the counter the woman told me that she needed ID's for myself and my cousins. Which I clarified because I was unaware that you needed ID's for the children as long as they were with an adult over the age of 17 which I am a legal adult. So I brought the tickets on the same website as I had brought my tickets earlier in the day. I printed them out and I proceed to go through the gate. Upon arriving to the gate another employee tells me that she needs ID's for myself and my younger siblings. I then asked the woman did she check everyone's ID that went through the gate that evening? She stated that she did. I then stated that my sister had went through the gate before I could go through and my sister had 3 children with her and they didn't ask for anyone's ID. So I got a refund and left. Upon my sister getting a refund after I left, one of the employees told my sister that if the children would have walked in with her then they wouldn't have asked for ID's. Therefore they discriminated against me for no apparent reason. So my cousin's mother called the supervisor which his name was Darrel Harvey and he stated that the their curfew is anyone under the age of 17 can not enter the movie unless they are with a parent or guardian. Which I stated I was over 17 and we stated that they are not checking anyone's ID as their policy states. I stated that it was discrimination. So I have contacted the corporate headquarters because that is complete discrimination! It is sicken to think that this company still treats people horrible. I will no longer support Cinemark and any of their other locations because it is disgusting.

Great Customer Service!!

I enjoy this theatre. It is unfortunate that most people who rated it on this site were unhappy. Headed there now with my girlfriends. It is a safe, clean, and pleasant place for date nughts and girls night out!! Try it yourselves.

rude management

I had an awful experience at this theater, the staff were incompetent and unable to seat patrons in reserved seats appropriately. Then when the GM became involved in a mistake made by the staff, she was rude and condescending toward myself and my children. Even threatening to throw my 3 year old out the movie should she "hear her voice" because she said she spoke while she was speaking (it was nothing pertaining to what was going on btw). She also explained that she was tired after working 5 straight days with over 6000 customers (it was Black Panther's opening weekend).
