Modern experience

Typical modern experience... all the bells and whistles, very clean, nice layout. As usual though popcorn and food and stuff, while selection is great, prices are OUTRAGEOUS... I'm sure that isn't going to change anytime soon.

small fortune at concession

This is a nice and comfortable theater but it cost the five of us over $70 at the concession stand. That's mostly just drinks and popcorn! Outrageous!

Nightmare at the movie

Horrible nightmare at the theater. My family purchased 3 movie tickets today to go to a matinee showing of Jurassic World 2. When we purchased the tickets we were told there were 60 seats left. When we went into the theater we found 3 open seats towards the bottom-middle which we didn't realize were "reserved" seats. Actually, there are several red rows which say "reserved" on them which apparently you pay more for. While we sat and waited for the movie to start, the people in the row behind us got into a disagreement with a family who came in and said they reserved those seats. The people behind us said they weren't moving b/c it's matinee and they were told there were no reserved seats. Well, the people who claimed they reserved seats came back a few minutes later with one of the employees who then came to me and asked to see my tickets. I told him that he should ask everyone for their tickets because the row behind is reserved as well. He didn't like what I said and then told me "he has a better idea.." and then walked off. Right after he left I decided to move my family up to the very last row to the regular black seats to avoid any more conflict. This was done before the movie started. We thought everything was fine then. After about an hour after the movie started, the same employee/manager came back with a police officer and somehow knew where we had moved to. The police came and escorted my family out of the theater which I complied with peacefully knowing that I didn't do anything wrong and that my peace is more important than a movie. We then peacefully walked to the front and requested a refund since we were kicked out of the movie before it finished. A different manager (not the guy who called the cops) named Jordan Blackstock told us that he's unable to refund us. Manager had had horrible people skills!

The manager that was on duty @ 4:30 Monday afternoon was just horrid. It was obvious he didn't want to be working there. When I walked up to purchase tickets he grimaced and then proceeded to try to gouge me for an extra eight dollars..I thought he may have mistakenly tried to charge me for XD and asked him that which he came back with an angry retort "NO!" ...that's how much it is lady! I then said "no,,,,it's five dollars and change." He was even more angered by that and practically threw my card back at me. I hope administration reads this...because you really need to hire a new manager...he's driving long time customers off.
