Perfect Theater for a date

Friendly staff with simple concessions. Everything was clean and staff were outstanding.

Poor service

I've been there several times past few years, on Sundays, not when a big premier is going, and always way too long of lines at tickets and concessions. No excuse for this, hire more help, they can afford it with the huge profits on concessions. Comments are correct about this place, since it became AMC it has gone downhill. I wish United Artists or Regal would open up in Billings.

Overpriced

theater was okay when carmine ran it, but ever since AMC bought them out it has been way downhill. 30 minutes in line to get a ticket plus another 30 minutes to get concessions, half the urinals are always out of order. Plus they have a premium program that has it's on line, which really is annoying when you've been in line for 20 minutes when some soccer mom cuts in front of you with a dozen kids arguing about which movie they want to see. And if you try to call them they willfully ignore you, even if you call 6 times in a row. I know. I tried. On the positive, the seats are comfy and the screens are nice. But that's from when Carmine ran the place. I'm just waiting for Regal to take over.

AMC ownership a BIG step down!

AMC has NOT been a boost up in the theater experience, I’m disappointed to say. Not enough “serve yourself stations” and they are often dirty and empty. Theater floors, seats and bathrooms are not clean. Theater seems to be manipulating showtimes, not sure. Employees are courteous and working hard when I’ve been there, but the “premier line” is bogus. They have to yell at you to come up to the counter, supposedly alternating from each line. Just do it the old fashioned way and have people form a single line as they arrive. Talk about separating people into first and second class categories, ridiculous. Try to call the theater to ask a question or make a comment and you can’t. I was hoping the for the best when AMC purchased the theater but, those hopes have been dashed 😒

Dirty, long lines

AMC is terrible, we bought our tickets online and still had to stand in line for 45 minutes! The self serve stations are dirty, and the bathrooms are gross. $60 for a movie for 4 and another for $50 for snacks. Then they want you to shell out more money for the “premier” line, which they wait on before anyone else! We won’t be back!

Poorly managed

Presenation in theater is fine. Need more people working lines as wait time is ridiculous. Messy self serve stations should be cleaned up more often. They switch movie times with no explanations which has wasted my trip there are more than one occasion. Even cancel viewings when they remain listed online. Shamefully run.

Worst experience ever

Missed half the movie waiting in line to purchase tickets with only one person selling them on a busy day. Even a longer wait for the concessions. No one ther can figure out how to expedite this process? Sure ran smoothly when car mike ran it. Increased prices, inferior service

Was bad, now worse

I used to come here when it was carmike and it wasnt ever great. Today was the first time i came when it was amc, and it was terrible. 20 min in line for a ticket? I hope this theatre improves.

Terrible management and efficiency.

30 min lines. Packed out place on a Friday night-One person working ticket booth and 3 people for concessions. One theater had no air conditioning in August. Employees are rude and rarely able to answer simple questions.
