vaccinations

They require vaccinations from small children! Never mind that they have masks, never mind they have proof of recent covid (even for surgery they accept it!!!) never mind they don’t even require it at public schools anymore in Il! The manager not recommended at all

Worst Customer Service EVER. Rude, Incompetent and Disorganized

Don’t even bother going here, it’s actually complete trash. I rarely attend the theater, but when I do, I go to AMC Randhurst 12 because it is nearby my residence. Up until today, every experience I have had at this theater was pleasant enough, however, today was quite the opposite. Today, the popcorn machines were entirely out of order, and therefore much of the novelty of attending a movie theater was taken away almost immediately upon entering the establishment. It is already problematic enough that movie theaters have taken to a pattern of charging their customers up the ass for your basic array of theater snacks, but to not even have the most popular snack available for customers who were willing to pay for the outrageous ticket and food prices? Ridiculous. Additionally, upon purchasing pretzels at the food kiosk, I was INCREDIBLY disappointed that the staff was rude and blatantly ignored me several times as I stood waiting at the register to be served for about 7 minutes. There was one other individual in front of me, and so it was understandable that perhaps staff were working on completing other customers’ orders. However, I wasn’t even acknowledged— not once. I was walked past several times by THREE different employees, not even ONE of them turning to me to apologize for the wait or say “I’ll be with you in just a moment.” As someone who has worked in retail for 4 years, I can tell you up front— that is what shitty customer service looks like, and I’m not even sorry to be saying it. Anyways. Once I was finally graced with the attention of an employee, I requested mustard, which was to come with the pretzel I JUST ordered. Two staff members then proceeded to putz around and attempt (to no avail) to squeeze mustard from a bottle into 2 small containers for me. This went on for another 10 minutes because of how difficult a feat it was to transfer mustard from a bottle to a small plastic container— which no doubt, should have already been pre-made.

The popcorn was stale! They pre bagged it and it was horrible! Very sad since a medium popcorn is $ 8.95 including taxes. Really!

The theatre itself is nice, but not easy to enter if your handicapped! Most of the handicapped parking is at the side of theatre and you have to walk around to get to main entrance! Wasn't thought out well! I wouldn't go there again!

Not in sync

Sound and picture was great. Waited in line to get our tickets then instead of an exit to the concession and theater section we had to go back the way we entered and then show our tickets that we just purchased . Not organized in the concession area. Have to 1st pay for the size drink then Go in the opposite direction to get your popcorn then fill up your drink cup at s third location. What happened to the good old way of getting everything at one location and then proceed to the theater that's playing ones movie??
