Ridiculously loud

Movie was so loud that half the people left. 3 more people including myself asked for it to be lowered. They wouid not. Dirty sticky seats and too hot.

Clean and Comfortable Environment

Every screen has really good picture and sound quality. The seating is so comfortable. The pricing is fair and the food is good. I'm glad they finally added coffee to the menu. We didn't realize the quality and comfort level until we went to different theaters. This theater gets 5 stars and a loyal customer.

Pretty Good Theater, Bad Customer Service, Over Priced Concession Stand

The theater is good, kept very clean, but with most places like this it's the quality of people who come or work here that kill the experience. I went to see a movie and had already bought my ticket on line, there isn't an signage that states people with online purchases tickets don't have to wait on line, I waited on line for 23 minutes, I walk to the counter, the girl tells me, oh you bought that online, just go inside. I even said did I miss the sign that states that, and she said there is no sign at the moment. I go and they scan my phone, the guy who scanned my phone was nice, I walk in and get on the line to order popcorn, the line took forever, I've must have waited close to 30 minutes, so that was already close to an hour of waiting time between the line to get in and to order popcorn. Finally ordered the popcorn, and a drink, waited to see the movie, and had a great time. While walking to my car there were a group of people blasting music and smoking marijuana. Like I said, it's people who will ruin the experience for someone. I will indeed go again, however by myself. I don't think this would be a place I would bring my daughter's too.

too many games

they like to slap on dollars only because the kids have the wek off or 4 days near a holiday..what the hell!..and the manger loves to lie

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!

Website is not accurate of times of movies, cancels movies without updating social media. Manager could not answer questions and the workers attempted to be bitches but were put in place easily when they could not come up with answers to questions. Have been to this movie theater many times and this experience ruined it for me. Will never come back again. Need to hire people who are not rude and will actually answer why movies have been canceled instead of lying. I know I am not the first to experience this treatment. Nothing worse than traveling to see a movie and finding out it is canceled, being lied too, and turned away. Just be nice.

Horrible customer service

Because avengers was playing they cancelled another movie that people have come to see but online says the times so that is horrible advertisement and the manager was a complete waste of time that couldn’t tell you a reason, because the movie was broken.... my ass

Way too expensive

Just way too expensive, popcorn and a soda should not cost as much as a ticket.
