worst movie theater in town

BOYCOTT THIS COMPANY: first alert-1 AMC Theaters - CEO Adam Aron joined other leftists in opposition of much needed voting integrity bills. Joined the left-wing Civic Alliance. Race-mongering. Support Cinemark instead.

I WANT MY HOTDOG

I kind of don't like going to movie theaters, but I do like hotdogs. Movie theaters conveniently tend to sell hotdogs. I know they're awful, but I love them anyway. Ordered seats online, website was kind of a pain and offered to let me pay with paypal & venmo, neither of which worked for some reason? Ended up failing to order tickets on my phone twice online and had to move to the PC and enter my card manually (which wasn't an option on the phone??) each time I did this the seats I was trying to buy were locked out for 10 minutes causing me to have to wait on a movie that was quickly filling up, so I had to buy seats I didn't want. Kind of a pain. I also noticed the option to pre-order my snacks, which cost an extra fee but I was willing to pay it anyway just cuz I felt like it. I pre-order a hotdog at 2:30pm for a movie with a 5:55 showtime. 5:57 a kind associate approaches me with some of my concessions but informs me that they were out of hotdogs, and I could get something else or come with him for a refund. I ended up going with him to get a refund for the hotdog which was processed quickly. I feel like the associates working did everything they could to make it better. Maybe I am naive about how the ordering process works but I feel like with over 3 hours advanced notice I could have found out there was no hotdogs to be had before 2 minutes into the lights dimming for previews. I skipped dinner for that hotdog! Was a bummer. Anyway, the other reviews on here are silly "Greatest Place on Earth, Second Only to Disneyland!" sounds like somebody from the company posting. All the 1 star reviews sound like lame Karen's. This is your average movie theater. It is average clean, average quality, kinda nice seats but are starting to age and getting kind of beat up. Worst Movie Ever.

Well I had the worst experience there goint to the movie and the way the used to do Popcorn with a Large refill, they no longer do that again and the whole theatre was getting messy and dirty and the movies playing in theatres nowdays isn't worth watching because they don't make good old movies that are funny anymore but are just lame dumb and boring and their not worth the time and money. Save your yourself money and time and lets go elsewhere for fun.

I will NEVER go to this theater again!

I was really looking forward to going to a theater again after Covid has gone on so long, but this was a terrible experience! The staff outright lied to us. They told us they were still doing the free refills on large popcorn but when we came back to get the refill they didn't honor that. The theater had not been cleaned from the previous movie so there was a lot of trash all over. The ONLY thing good about this theater was the comfortable seats.

Worst theater/movie experience ever.

I don’t usually write reviews. However, this experience was so terrible, I have to warn others. Arrived for a 4:15 show and was charged premium price of approx. $12. When I asked why so high, I was told premium pricing starts at 4pm instead of 6pm like everywhere else. Floors were dirty. Popcorn terrible and messy (self butter station bad idea). I used the restroom 3 times during the 3 hrs I was there. Filthy every time. I’ve seen truckstop restrooms cleaner than these. We were the only customers in the lobby and felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff with the exception of the kind man in the wheelchair taking our tickets. He actually spoke to us and was helpful. Needless to say I will not be coming back to these or any AMC theater again. If we’re possible to give negative stars I would.
