Just felt dirty from the time we entered.

Bathrooms were disgusting near theatre #2. Sound level was entirely too high. 20 minutes of previews. We went to an 11:15 am showing.

Movie was great! Staff was rude and could careless. Floors, Concession area and Restrooms are filthy!

The line is ridiculous

Why do you offer people to buy tickets online just for them to wait in a long line . All we needed was someone to scan our tickets that were already paid for. Your lines are ridiculous. You shouldn't have to wait in the same line people are purchasing food and drinks. Have at least two lines . One for tickets and one for food if you can't afford to pay a usher. Because you didn't have ushers theater was nasty. Bathroom nasty. Glad I live near Mooresville because I will just go there for now on when I want to go to the movies. They have it together there. The only good thing is the woman that finally scanned our ticket was very nice. I wasn't going to complain to her because it's not her fault the manager doesn't know how to run the place.

The Chosen

I went there several times this year. I went to see the Chosen. Theater was clean. The only thing I seen was that they didn’t turn the lights off during the movies til almost toward the end of it. I seen Elvis there and it was perfect. You can go to the app and order tickets and popcorn and drink trouble free. I had no problems doing that. Everyone not wants to watch crap on there phones, Netflix, On Demand and etc. You have to pay for that more than you do for one movie at this theater.

Movie was great! Service was slow & sorry. In addition, no employee was of age to sell alcohol.

Great but long lines

Clean, comfortable. Need to have separate lines for people just buying tickets. Not everyone wants snacks and the concession lines get long. Missed my start time and had to watch later showing because of waiting in line.

Nastiest Theater I have ever been too!

This theater is nasty. I went and hardly anyone was there. Popcorn everywhere. The worker behind the counter was smacking gum and blowing bubbles. To top it off she ask my daughters BF for his number. We just retired from the military and lived all over the place and by far this is the worst theater we had ever been to. I will drive the hour to Charlotte to go to the movies in the future.

Terrible

You shouldn't have to stand in line for over an hour just to purchase tickets only. I would get concessions but who can afford them so I just want tickets only. However there is assign seating...really. The overall experience is a joke. Will not b back.

Awful Experience

Last weekend was the second time I have been to this theater since AMC took over. First, let me say that their ticket prices are through the roof. When we went into the theater we had to wait in an extremely long line and when the concession person screamed "Next" we went up. Now the "Fun" starts... the concessions person said that she "only took A-stub members and we were not members". Well, needless to say we were not having any of that and reluctantly (with an attitude) she helped us with our tickets and concessions. Did you know AMC Theater's now have assigned seats? Really, are we in Kindergarten or are we adults? We enter the theater to find people in our seats. Ok, No Big Deal we will just go find other seats. I and my children found a seat no one else is around and the movie starts I thought we were okay. Boy was I wrong. This Little Teenage comes up to me and demands I get out of her seat. I told her that it really didn't matter where I or anyone else set that there are plenty of seats open. She then goes and gets her "Leader" and he said he would go get a AMC Manger if I DID NOT MOVE. I said FINE WE WILL MOVE BECAUSE THE MOVIE HAS STARTED. I was already mad, but now I'm PISSED OFF. Half way through the movie one of my children had to go to the restroom. While I waited for him, I asked to speak with the MOD to complain. I explained the issues I was having and she apologized and explained to me why AMC now has assigned seats. Which BTW is total BS. I told her that their assigned seating does not work for a "BIG" movie and that people were in the theater saving seats for their friends/ group. I told that MOD AMC has last my business. I will not be going back to any AMC Theater any time soon.
