Worst place ever

Besides all the craziness that goes on here this theater is always understaffed and guests complaints are worse and worse cause No One will be at guest services when needed

Broken theater

In the last five visits, I've had to go to customer service to ask them to start the show. After the first round of commercials, the screen went dark instead of starting the previews. This happened for an Imax movie, a regular movie, and a Fathom Events movie. Another time, the projection of a 3D Imax movie was off somehow, killing the 3D effect. Worse, it gave me and the other customers headaches. Myself and about 20 other patrons left a few minutes into the movie and got refunds.

Inconvenience... service

August 10th someone (employee) hit the fire alarm and it takes over 3hrs to fix! What's worse is they're going to charge full price because they won't reopen until after 12noon. That sucks because now I have to spend $75 instead of $38. Sorry kids you guys are going to have to share ONE huge popcorn! 😥
