Communication

I called in and asked about the movie The First Omen for Thursday April 25, 2024. I was told by the manager that the show will be shown on April 25, 2024, at 3:45 pm instead of 7:00pm. I went out to the theatre to make sure of the time for the 25th. I was told that the movie will show on the 25th at 3:45pm. I came on the 25th with a friend and was prepared to pay to see the movie. I was told by the same lady that the movie is not being shown at all today. I told her that she told me on Tuesday that it was too shown today. bad communication between manager and staff. We ended up leaving. Poor management skills to say the least.

Entire experience was extremely disappointing

The volume was extremely low and when I first asked the staff about it I was told that he didn't want to go up to the room twice so let him know if it's still low during the movie. Well it was still low and I along with at least 5 other people in the theater asked for it to be turned up and were only told that they're working on it, and it was never fixed. On top of that the room had to be 20 degrees hotter in there than in the concession area which was also "being worked on" the entire time. Also it was 3D and the movie was incredibly blurry with the glasses on or off. Once again it took about 5 people saying something and over 30 minutes to fix it, and it still had this weird flickering the entire movie which once again "was being worked on". Pretty sure this is the last time I'll ever go there.
