Beginning in 1979 in the small town of Rainelle, West Virginia, Marquee Cinemas quickly expanded to five theaters in West Virginia within just a few years and as of today, operates 17 theaters in nine states across America, from Connecticut to Florida plus West Virginia, North Carolina, Kentucky and New York. Marquee has plans to expand with new locations in Tennessee in the near future.
