Scott Foley Overview

Scott Foley has been acting since 1995. Born in Kansas City, Kansas to Constance and Hugh Foley, he is the oldest of three boys. After spending his first 15 years in Kansas City, he and his family moved to St. Louis, Missouri. Scott made his professional acting debut on the television series Sweet Valley High.
